More Training, Less Straining. Smarter Not Just Harder… And That Goes For Our Coaches Too!
Re-Inventing yourself is serious business… but it should be fun too!
Yes, getting slimmer, fitter, faster, stronger and healthier are what you want (and what we’re committed to helping you achieve) but it shouldn’t be all hard work, grim faces, pain and deprivation like so many approaches seem to relish delivering.
You should never be tempted to give up or quit because it’s too tough, too intense, too boring or feel like it deprives you of too much of your freedom.
It should be an experience you WANT to repeat over and over as that’s how you’re going to get the results you want so badly.
That’s why we never compromise on making sure that every minute you’re with us creates greater levels of clarity, focus, exhilaration, stimulation and good old-fashioned fun without distracting or detracting from moving you toward your personal Re-Invention goals.
We hand-pick your coach from our brilliant team to ensure both you and they are capable of building a relationship where your motivation and inspiration are never at risk from either the fear of being pushed too far, too fast or the frustration of moving too slowly for your liking.
It’s YOUR Re-Invention after all, and we want you to love every minute of it… even the tougher bits.
Dax Moy – The Boss
Yes, that’s Dax in one of his more serious poses ![]()
No, it’s not the most professional of shots but then Dax doesn’t believe that being professional has to mean stuffy and boring any more than it has to mean shirt and tie and clipboard. He demonstrates his professionalism through the very focused yet friendly and personal relationships he develops with his clients to help them Re-Invent themselves.
Dax’s background as a soldier, bodyguard and fireman (among other things) have led to a very laid back yet highly determined and focused outlook that he shares in a work-hard-play-hard kind of way with clients, students and team members alike.
A no-nonsense coach of the highest order, Dax most enjoys working with those who are serious about getting results and aligning with the greatest version of the grandest vision they hold of who they could become yet who at the same time don’t take themselves or their journey so seriously that it becomes a chore or perceived as a form of self punishment.
In other words, those who like to complain, whinge, whine, moan and play the martyr won’t do well with Dax as he refuses to see his passions used on those who make a misery of their Re-Invention. This isn’t arrogance or conceit, but rather self-protection on Dax’s part for maintaining his passion for the work that he loves so much as well as ensuring that those who pay him his rather large fees aren’t disappointed or feel let down by his approach.
On the other hand, those who are open to a truly holistic approach to coaching that includes mind, body and spirit and who are willing to play the game to win with a smile on their face and an open minds and heart will absolutely love working with Dax… and not just on their physiques.
Dax’s clients have included A-List actors, Athletes, Pop stars, Polar explorers, Politicians, CEO’s and royalty though he works with anyone who is serious about getting a great result and changing their life.
A best-selling author, regular contributor to magazines and newspapers around the world, a regular TV expert, journalist, educator, member of the World Fitness elite and National Academy of Best-Selling authors, Dax is held in very high regard worldwide both within the profession and without.
If you’re looking for a TOTAL Re-Invention of yourself, a re-writing of the script that you use to run your life, then you won’t be disappointed working with Dax, but if you’re simply looking for a workout then you’re better off saving your cash.

Laurie Gomes – Head Coach – Level 3
Laurie is Dax’s right hand man, senior team coach and team manager at the studios.
Another military man (Laurie has over 20 years experience and is a decorated serving officer in the reserve forces) Laurie has an extensive history of fitness and conditioning of both himself and others as well as ‘magic hands’ in terms of therapy and massage.
Laurie’s main areas of expertise lie in therapy and injury rehabilitation though his results with his fat loss clients are very impressive too, especially with those who have stubborn or resistant fat.
If you’re thinking of working with Laurie then come prepared to work hard and give 100% effort to your program and homework as, like Dax, his approach is based upon progressive and perpetual improvement which is only possible when you’re playing the game to win.
Be prepared for some not-so-funny jokes, the odd limerick and the occasional impromptu dance routine too though, as Laurie suffers from Peter Pan syndrome is is still a child at heart ![]()
If you like to work hard yet work smart at the same time you’ll love working with Laurie and if you’re carrying injuries of any kind then you couldn’t be in better hands.
Julie Winterton – Level 3 Coach
Julie is a member of our senior team as well as a member of the bendy brigade (she’s our yoga expert too) who’s also in her second year of her Naturopathic degree.
A vivacious, lively, energetic and ever-smiling and laughing coach, Julie is extremely popular, especially with new or pregnant mums, woman suffering from hormonal issues or those who are simply fearful of the typical chain-gyms approach to fitness and uses our Integrated Performance Coaching (our own take on life coaching) to a very high standard to help her clients to achieve their goals.
Jules can often be seen sitting or lying on the floor in the strangest and curliest of positions, but don’t let that put you off working with her, we won’t let her bully you into them if you don’t want to ![]()
If you’re the type of person who loves to laugh yet who enjoys delving a bit deeper into your goals, your hormones and the holistic side of health, or if you’re on the journey through pregnancy or post natal recovery then Julie will be a perfect fit for you.
Mario Christou – Level 2 Coach
Mario (AKA Zorba) brings a chilled, laid-back and relaxed flavour to the team and his approach to his work while at the same time taking a very client-centric and professional approach to coaching his clients and helping them win at the mental game that so many of them struggle with.
What often seems like a chilled conversation is a very sneaky information-extraction technique that he uses to catch out the unsuspecting diet cheat or to persuade those who are taking sneaky rests to get off their butts and get working hard again… so be careful what you say around him ![]()
Don’t let Mario’s chilled manner fool you though, he’s still a pretty tough task-master (his clients are often heard cursing him in the studio) and can still dole out the challenging workouts like everyone else… it’s just that he’ll be chilled while doing it.
Mario’s one of those smiling-assassin types, he’ll use his own laid-backness to persuade you that you’re having an easy time only to have you wondering why you’re so tired by the end of your training. That said, his clients absolutely love him, his approach and the amazing results he helps them accomplish so it’s not all bad ![]()
In addition to being a great coach, Mario’s a first rate massage therapist and even worked at the Olympics this year (ask him to show you his Usain Bolt photo’s and those of other champions sometime).
If you like your sessions to be laid back, fun, full of laughter yet at the same time focused and thorough, Mario won’t disappoint.
