Go into any bookstore and you’ll find hundreds upon hundreds of titles each promising to be THE way to lose fat, build firm, lean muscles and stay that way forever.
Yet on closer inspection you’ll notice that they all utilise very different approaches.
Some say high fat, some say low, some say high carb others say that you need to avoid it like the plague, some say never eat after 6pm, some tell you never to eat this food with that one and others still say that it’s not about the food itself but rather the calories or the points or… whatever.
It’s all super-confusing, even for most fitness professional, which is why you hear them changing their tune about food so often.
Here at Dax Moy Personal Training Studios we take a very different approach.
We avoid the hard and fast ‘rules’ about high this and low that and instead build our nutritional plans around you, the individual.
Through our various assessment protocols we’ll first learn about how your liver and digestive system functions, then we’ll work out the right mix of foods that will bring about the best possible Re-Invention experience for you.
For some the carbs will be higher, for others it’ll be lower.
Some will need more protein, some less.
Some might need to eat more frequently, others will have digestive pathways that thrive on larger yet less frequent meals.
Which will you be?
We don’t know, yet we will after just a short period of time with us and when we do, you’ll have a nutrition plan that will serve you not just for the duration of your time with us, but for life too!
